Shipping Rates

 

  • We offer Free Metro Delivery for orders over $150.
  • For orders under $150, standard metro delivery rates apply.
  •  

    Shipping is charged by weight and delivery postcode. You can get a shipping quote by adding your preferred items to your cart & entering your postcode in the cart page.


    For other areas, a remote region surcharge applies per quotation from the carrier company.

    Remote Area Delivery – Shipping Quote Required

    For remote areas, shipping costs will be quoted based on the delivery address you provide. When you place your order, the goods will be reserved for you, and our team will provide a shipping quote before processing your order.

    1. Accept the Quote: Once the shipping quote is provided, you can confirm and proceed with your order.
    2. Arrange Your Own Shipping: If preferred, you can organise your own shipping to collect goods from our warehouse.
    3. Cancel Your Order: If neither option suits, you can cancel your order at no cost.

    Will the item fit through my door and into the final position? Please review the product dimensions listed on our website to ensure accessibility. It is recommended to measure doorways and entry points beforehand to avoid any issues during delivery.

    Can the courier remove old units or packaging from the new appliance? Our delivery service does not include removal of old units or packaging. We recommend arranging for disposal or recycling of old appliances separately.

    Can you bring the appliance inside my shop or kitchen? Our standard delivery service includes doorstep delivery. For placement inside your shop or kitchen, please contact us to discuss additional service options.

    What happens if the item arrives damaged? Upon delivery, inspect the package for any visible signs of damage. If damage is found, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

    Do I need to keep the packaging from my order? We recommend keeping the packaging until you have inspected and tested your new appliance. Proper packaging may be required if a return or exchange is necessary.

    What happens if I change my mind after I have placed my order? Please review your order carefully before confirming. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, cancellation may incur fees.
